STEP 1: Free Consultation
As soon as a request for web design is received, we'll discuss with you about your individual needs and goals.

In most cases, this involves information gathering, purpose of the site, establishing goals, targeting audience, background research, comparison studies, any anticipated maintenance needs (such as updating the site with content), domain name, site content and marketing plans.

STEP 2: Proposal
Based upon our discussion, we'll prepare a proposal that outlining the site objectives, ideas and infrastructure, preliminary site map, development schedule, and cost.

This proposal can be revised until all parties are satisfied. Usually, half of your payment will be due upon signing. (The balance to be paid upon completion of the site.)

STEP 3: Site Specifications
Within the amount of time agreed upon in the signed proposal, we'll prepare your Site Specifications, which will include a finalized proposal, site map, domain name information, site hosting information, and storyboards.

STEP 4: Development
After all parties agree on the Site Specifications, we'll begin the process of building your site. This may include graphic design, copy writing, data entry, scanning, optimization of graphics, HTML coding, and programming.

STEP 5: Testing
We will analyze and test the Web site together before uploading it.

• Quality assurance
• Perceived accessibility
• Perceived image
• Browser compatibility
• Content verification and editing
• Link validation
• Form testing
• Web application testing
• HTML verification

STEP 6: Release
We'll upload your final developed web site on the web-space/server provided by us. If you have your own server, we'll simply transfer to your server.

Beside that, we'll also submit your site to major search engines and directories ( Altavista, Excite, Google, Infoseek, Lycos, Northern Light, PlanetSearch, Yahoo!, Webcrawler, whatUseek) to achieve maximum exposure.

STEP 7: Maintenance
After we've fulfilled our contract with you, you may opt to retain our services to maintain your site in any capacity you choose.
